My Question or Issue

When I listen to Spotify in my BMW on CarPlay I noticed that the audio quality setting is overwritten to low, and it's is impossible to change back to Very High, which I normally use. I want the best audio quality, otherwise it's worthless. How to fix that?

If you haven’t already, I would recommend a clean reinstallation of Spotify here: https://support.spotify.com/us/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/ 

I would also recommend checking storage on your phone, and clearing up space. 


You can also try the equalizer option, by going to your settings on your phone or your Spotify app to adjust sound.
