Certain tracks won't load over data then never play

I've had this issue with spotify recently when i'm using the app over data. When I try to play a song theres a 50/50 chance that the song will either load 10 seconds then stop or not load at all. That song will then never be able to be played on my phone again regardless if it's on data or wifi. The only way to fix it is to reinstall the app but the same thing will happen again.
