Why isnt there access to collaborative playlist in iOS?

I am having this same issue. I used to be able to view and edit collaborative playlists in iOS but they no longer show up on my phone. And I've found nothing on this while googling the issue. You're the first I've seen to have the same problem!

I am having the same issue??!! Collaborative Playlist is in grey and not accessable, cannot add to a friend's playlist. Can someone help please?
