Computer sync

On the Spotify app on my phone, the sync quality is set to "Extreme", but sometimes my phone syncs the songs from my laptop which is also running Spotify. Does the computer sync the songs to my phone in Extreme quality?

Only local files are synced directly from laptop to mobile device (Streaming content is synced directly to mobile device from Spotify's servers). Local files will be synced to your phone unchanged.
