Connect is not working. devices do not recognize each other. not playing in speakers. I am premium

Connect is not working. devices do not recognize each other. not playing in speakers. I am premium

 

 

My Question or Issue

As of yesterday, Connect is not working. None of my devices can mirror each other or play thru exterior speakers.

Hey @golfgirl1,

 

Are you still having trouble with this? First, make sure:

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software. 

If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll take a closer look. You can also include a screenshot!
