Continuous play, always

I want to find out if it is possible to have Spotify play continuously; go from one playlist to the next, just keep playing all day, all night.  If this is possible, do I have to have premium.  I am using Spotify on my iTouch with wifi.  iTouch is hooked up to speakers and power source to play in my house.

Is there anyone out there who can help me?  My kids won't !!!

I am looking for a solution.

I just installed and Android device that is hooked up to a tuner to play music from spotify all the time in the halls of my building all the time.

It stopped playing after four hours.

Any advice to keep it playing all the time?
