So I just noticed today that if you stream music from the radio section the back button on the control center gets replaced with a button for thumbs up, thumbs down and add to library, the add to library button doesn't work, any idea on how to enable it?

Yeah I noticed this too. My guess is that they are still testing it since it was not announced in the 1.7 update release notes.
