Couldn't play music

My Question or Issue

When using spotify on phone and on macbook, it keeps on playing songs that I did not choose. The songs changes to another song after 2 to 3 seconds. When I choose the song I would like to listen, it plays for 2 to 3 seconds as well, but eventually shuffles back to the song I didnt intend to choose.
