Dear Community. Last week (approx 14 July 2016), Spotify has changed itself on my phone. My playlists were gone and my beloved special "Mix of the week" (under discovering) has disappeared too. All set to zero, although I have Premium and my bills are paid. I collect music since last summer (no mainstream!), why my disappointment over the loss is even bigger. Everything is now gone. Can someone give me an input, how I can remake this collection and get back my "Mix of the Week" ? Thank you all, Agnes

Please double check if you don't have a duplicate account. You might have logged out and then logged back in the wrong one.

 

Click here to see your subscription status. Is it set to Premium or Free?

Having the same problem, have attempted all suggested solutions but don't have a fix. May be some type of validation issue on the server side?

If you are not accidentally trying to log in a different account, I suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

Dear Bittencourt,

Thank you so much, I will do so. Jay from spotify just replied my question
and I hope that we will find a solution. The problem is also that I still
have an old e-mail adress (doesn¹t exist anymore since a long time) in
spotify, why no message from spotify can reach me. Stupid situation :0)

@grafagnes, you can change your email address. Just go to your Account Overview and click on Edit Profile. Then you'll be asked to type your password. After that just change your email 🙂
