Default playlist when plugging iphone via USB into car stereo

Hi

My car stereo has a USB plua, so I can plug my Iphone into it.

For some reason whenever I do this it Spotify plays one particular playlist by default, even if previoulsy I was playing a totally different playlist, anyone know if there is a setting to chagne the default playlist in instances like this?

Are you using iOS7? There's a long thread or two in the apple forums about players resetting on being connected via USB.
