Downloaded podcasts not loading

When in airplane mode regularly downloaded content in particular, podcasts will not load or play

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We're sorry to hear that your not able to listen to podcasts while being offline.

First we'd like to suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app as this will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
