'Downloads' option added in Your Library menu

I recently noticed that I can now get to all my downloaded music from one place by going to Your Library -> Downloads. I'm using an iPhone 6s. I also have an iPhone 6s Plus without this Downloads option. Both versions of the app are the same. Is there a menu setting to enable this?

I believe that it's a feature that isn't available to all users yet: https://support.spotify.com/article/why-am-i-seeing-different-features-than-my-friends/
