Every time I go to preview a song on my phone my app crashes. I’ve tried resetting my phone and I even deleted the app and downloaded it again. I looked online and it seems that other people have had similar issues in the past ten days.

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but could you make sure to follow the specific steps in this guide to run a clean reinstall? This is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Also, make sure that there aren't any battery optimization settings enabled for Spotify on your phone.
