Frozen/offline on startup iPhone5

When I launch my spotify app on my iPhone it stays on the display screen frozen or either says BROWSER NOT AVAILABLE WHILE IN OFFLINE MODE When it's not offline and won't let me click on anything , doesn't respond at all , already tried multiple times reinstalling !! After reinstalling it continues to be unresponsive . turned phone off after uninstalling and back on and reinstalling and still nothing ... I've tried everything I can think of but it's been 5 days already without it functioning ... Very irritating now .
I have:
iPhone5 with 7.0.4 version on it
no it's not jail broken ,
several playlists on account
have wifi set up with no issues
Cellular data available
looked on spotify app version running is 0.9.1
.. I don't know if I looked at details correct but pretty much all I have is a useless app that doesn't do anything when launched and doesn't even bring up search bar , or lists , playlists .. Nothing at all ... Please help and thank you in advance !

Are you part of the collections beta (or have the "Collections" tab - if you can get into the app that is!)?

ive just solved our problem! go on your iphone and delete the app( dont worry all you music will be saved!) and then go to the app store and download Spotify again. login usual and it should work

I did that before if you re read what I wrote and still wasn't working for me
