Frozen screen

My app on my phone (iPhone 7) has been frozen on the logo of the app for several days now. I can access Spotify on my laptop (Macbook air) fine, and even play music on my mac through to my phone, but cannot even get into the app. PLEASE HELP.

Can you please do a clean reinstall and let me know how it goes 🙂

I have already re installed the app several times, no progress.

I was just able to get to the log in page, but it is now frozen on that too.

Could you try using a different network connection?

Does it help if you use the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account page?

 

Also, could you tell me your iOS and Spotify version?

Still no use. My version is (iOS 12.14) and for Spotify I am premium and up to date.
