Getting ads with premium subscription

I have a premium subscription and I just started getting ads while listening to podcasts on my iPad.

I don't believe these are embedded ads from the podcaster themselves. I listened to the same podcast on an iMac and no ads were broadcast.

How do I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance.
