Having problems

So I have  Spotify premium and I have songs downloaded.. usually if you don’t have internet around you can listen the music that’s downloaded, but it’s been two days where I try to put music with no internet and it doesn’t work.. it seems like I need access to Internet in order for to listen to my downloaded songs. I have no idea what’s going on and would like to know

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps?


On another note, could you let us know if this is happening across devices or only on a specific one? We'd also like to know if you're getting any error messages when you're trying to listen to your downloaded content.
