Download not working

I am having a reoccurring issue with Spotify after I log out of all devices I am still unable to Download songs to my device offline please fix this reoccurring problem

Could you share the brand/model and operating system of your device? Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here? What's the Spotify version you've installed?

It's also important to make sure you've set Spotify as an exception in any battery/memory optimizing apps on your device.
