Help! Songs now showing up on mobile/phone wont offline sync

Hi, so I am currently encountering too issues. 

Firstly is that I can't get the tracks in my playlists that came from my itunes library to sync into my phone. Both the phone and computer are on the same wifi and they're both switched so that the green notch is showing and they say "available offline" is this what I am supposed to do? Its still not working

Secondly and more troublesome is that some songs show up in my computer playlist but not on my phone (specifically Insane, Ezra, Left Alone, and Holdin On by Flume)

I have this premium version so I thought this shouldnt be a problem.

Anyways thank you and I really hope this can be figured out because spotify is rad and it sucks that it is being a bit testy.
