Hi, @Spencerw32! Welcome to the community!
Since you aren't able to recover the playlist on your end, I would recommend reaching out to the Customer Support team, they should be able to take a closer look for you! You can contact them via this link!
Let me know how you go!

My Question or Issue
I have a playlist that I've had for around 2 years (I created it)- And yesterday when I went to listen to it, it kicked me out of the Spotify app. When I went back in, the playlist was missing from my Library but it was still on my profile, so I clicked on it and it said "This content is no longer available" which I thought was weird because I didn't delete it or anything; I checked my "Recovery" thing on the Spotify website just to make sure I didn't delete it and the playlist wasn't in there. And it's only this certain playlist, none of the other playlists made by me are acting this way.
One of my playlists ("Bass") was deleted after disabling the mix feature. It now says "This content is no longer available", and sometimes the playlist disappears entirely.

My Question or Issue
I recently have had a playlist "go missing". I did not delete it and I even looked in deleted playlists to recover it because I thought I possibly could have deleted it on accident. No such luck. Then I am looking around on my account on the browser and see the "missing" playlist. I think that it must be back to normal so I go to my app, still missing that playlist. Help!
Yeah, I've been having the same problem, I was trying to edit my playlist and then, It decided to vanishes and saying that I needed to reload my playlist, and I did. Many times of course. I tried to clear my cache, restart my Chromebook, everything else. But nothing happens, Hopefully Spotify gets back to working on this real quick.
Hey folks,
Thanks for your reports.
We'd like to take a closer look at this issue so can you please let us know the following:
If possible, also send us links to the playlists in question (either via DM or here in the thread).

Here is the link to mine. It is still not showing on my app though
Okay, here’s the situation. I had a playlist designed for a story. When I went to go listen to it today, it was missing from my library.
Here is what I know and did:
-Checked filters in my library to be “By Me” instead of “My Library”.
-Checked “Recover Playlist” on the web version of Spotify. It was not there.
-I do not have any additional accounts, as I only use my iPhone 15. Playlists transition smoothly between PC app and iPhone, and all previous playlists from many years earlier are still present.
-Songs from the original playlist have not been removed in my country, as they are still present in other playlists in my library.
-I did have a piece of art from another artist, though it was credited in the description. I never received an email to change it, though I know Spotify can remove pictures if they violate TOS.
What is going on? Is there any hope to recover this playlist?
Hey everyone,
@Jcmm1024, this sounds more like a technical issue, so I wouldn't worry about the playlist cover. Have you interacted with that particular playlist recently? If so, you should be able to find it in Recents. Once you locate it, do let us know if you're able to view it or you get the same error as the others have described.
Also folks, if you haven't already, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app as suggested above - this will get rid of any potentially corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version of Spotify available. Do note, however, that you'll need to redownload any content you had saved for offline listening.
Keep us posted on this 👍.
Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. It's on the lists but it says Playlist and The Playlist Is Not Available.
Hi Yordan,
I have not interacted with the playlist recently. That said, playlists that I haven’t interacted with are still present when I change the filter to “By Me” in the library section.
I did a fresh reinstall, but did not find the playlist. Any advice? Thanks
Thanks for the reply, @Jcmm1024.
Have you checked if the playlist is perhaps showing on your profile? You also mentioned that you use Spotify on your PC - I'd recommend checking if you can find it there as well.
If you remember the playlist's name, try searching for it in Your Library via the magnifying glass button at the top, or do a manual search again making sure to remove the "By You" filter so that all playlists are shown.
@BClaussen93, try performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi Yordan,
Thank you for the advice to search via the magnifying glass. I was able to find the playlist again! Thank you so much for your help!!
