Help needed getting local files from PC spotify to mobile app.

Hey,

I have a few local songs on the desktop version of spotify - things like remixes that aren't available to stream. I downloaded them online and moved them from "local files" to my playlist.

However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to access these songs on my phone. Is there away to sync these local files through the spotify app to my phone? Can I use something like Dropbox? Would I have to sync them through iTunes? 

Thanks in advance for any advice! Sorry if this isn't the right place/formatted incorrectly - this is the first issue I've had with Spotify!
