Increasingly, Spotify freezes when I open it while I have no signal (while underground commuting). I have to kill the app and restart a few times till it responds. I'm on iPhone 6 and latest version of Spotify

This isn't looking good. Could you let us know the following:
I'd love to get this looked into with you 🙂
- This is happening when I start the app and there is no 3G/4G or wifi signal (e.g when I'm commuting on the tube/London underground/subway).
- iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1
- Haven't tried airplane mode or reinstalling app (not keen on the latter because I have loads of songs saved for offline in Extreme quality).

We do understand that it's not ideal, but a reinstall of the app should help out with this. If the trouble persists after the reinstall, I'd then recommend that you reach our contact form here: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous.
