How can my kids see shared playlists in their Spotify kids app?

I did all the necessary steps and all things seem to work but nothing appears in the Spotify kids app. It looks good in the commercial video but doesn't work on two different iPhones and iPads.

From my understanding, you've been following the steps shown in the video from this article.
If this is the case and sharing a playlist still doesn't work, could you send us a link to a video recording so that we can take a closer look?

Having the same issue. Shared the playlist following the steps in the above article but the section “Shared with you” is not showing up as promised. Logged out and back in, no change. Going to check for updates and then do a delete and install if that doesn’t work. After that, if there’s no change, I’ll just assume the feature doesn’t work properly.

Could you let us know if the same happens using a different device? Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection. 

On another note, you can try reinstalling the app as you proposed by following these specific steps to see if that does the trick.

I have the same issue; shared three different playlists with the Kids account but none appear in the "Shared with you" section of the Spotify Kids app. Have tried it on an iPhone and iPad. Have also tried logging out from the account and logging back in. Have also tried deleting the app and reinstalling.

Thanks for reaching out.

As mentioned here, this issue should've been fixed a couple of weeks ago. Can you please make sure you're using the latest versions of both the Spotify app and the Spotify Kids app?
