Track stops playing after 0.5 second when connected to Bluetooth device

i hit play and then the song plays for about half a second, then stops. I’m connected to my Bluetooth speaker and I need to disconnect in order to play normally.

Sorry to see this has been happening to you!
Does the same thing occur when you connect to other Bluetooth devices and have you checked if the Bluetooth connection drops when you try playing any other app output through it?
If the issue is present only when you're playing Spotify, it most likely lies within the current installation of the app on your phone, in which case we'd recommend doing a complete clean reinstall of the app itself.
