Thanks for the post.
You should be able to skip six tracks per hour on your mobile app, sometimes it might take a bit longer for that timer to reset. Can you let us know what happens if you don't skip any song for a few hours - do your skips become available again or not at all?
As a side note, there are playlists from the Made For You section have no skip limit.
Keep us posted on how you get on with this.

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will help trigger a sync between your account and device.
If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth performing a reinstall of the app by following the steps @Dian mentioned previously.
