 My Question or Issue

I'm worried that soon I'll have to stop adding to my hundreds of playlists, which are super important to me, or that something else less then ideal will happen. What do I do? I already deleted my cache and it didn't do much. -Sky

Hi there @CMF001,

Thanks for the post.

Here are the steps for a clean reinstall on iOS:

Step 1: Delete the Spotify cache.

Go to Spotify > Settings > Storage > Delete cache.

Step 2: Offload the Spotify app

Go to the device’s settings > General > iPhone storage > Spotify > Offload app.

Step 3: Delete the Spotify app.

On the same page from step #2, click “Delete App.” Then, exit the settings page.

Step 4: Restart your phone and reinstall the Spotify app.

On the Storage section only Downloads and Cache indicate the amount of storage taken up on your phone by Spotify.

Hope this helps.
