How do I remove recommendation content blocks from my home view?

I pay for Spotify premium every month for me and my family. It is really frustrating that I am forced to scroll past "Popular Episodes" every single time I load the Home Screen.

For this featured content block, and other recommendations content blocks that I have zero interest in, how do I turn them off?

I understand that a free service will be built on paid recommendations. But not a paid service. If there is no intention to allow paid users to tailor their home screens to reduce unhelpful and annoying recommendations, please let me know so I can look for an alternative.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to remove the suggested podcasts, audiobooks, and popular music on the Home screen (that aren't related to what you actually listen to).

However, there's a relevant Live Idea in the Idea Exchange for being able to customize the Home screen. If it’s something you’re interested in, I’d recommend adding your +VOTE to the idea (even though its current status is "Not Right Now"). The more votes an idea gets, the likelier it is that Spotify will implement it, and you can read more about how feedback on ideas reaches Spotify here.
