How to change Facebook accounts

Hi my ex girlfriend is still using my spotify I changed my password but her Facebook account is still logged into my spotify and for the life of me I can't figure out how to change it to my Facebook account, any help please?

I suggest you log off every device connected to your Spotify account by login onto Spotify itself:

https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/overview/

And then on the bottom choose for: 'Disconnect all devices'

The device then will ask you to login again.
