How to custom sort list of playlists

My Question or Issue

 When I view my list of playlists, I'd like to be able to change the order in which they appear. I see that you can sort by "Name" or by "Custom". But when I sort by Custom, there doesn't seem to be a way to actually customize the order. It just seems completely random. Is there a way I can adjust the order myself?

To clarify, I'm not talking about the order of songs within a playlist. I'm talking about the order of the list of all my playlists.

That is not available yet on the mobile versions of Spotify but you can submit it in Idea Submissions board or support it if this idea has been already submitted.

If you log on to a computer once, you can change the order of your playlists there. Then the app will start showing this new order.
