How to disable videos on homepage,specifically Videos from your top artist

How do I disable videos from autoplaying on the spotify homepage on mobile? Specifically the "Videos from your top artists" section. I've noticed that they contribute to recent listens even if you don't click on them. Even if you turn off canvas they still autoplay.

Currently, there is no such option to disable videos in the Spotify app. I also don't see any “videos from your top artists” section on my end, do you mind sharing a screen-recording so I can have a closer look?

Please Spotify can you stop adding videos to the home page of your app? It's distracting and tacky, people are coming to spotify primarily to listen to music and podcasts. If I wanted distracting videos autoplaying etc I'd look for a terrible social media experience elsewhere...

I had a video show up related to NBA at one point which I have no connection with, it felt like an ad. Even some videos that came up that I would have watched on YouTube are unwelcome to me on Spotify. At least give the option to disable such stuff on the home screen so I don't have to leave your platform eventually.

I'm not crazy about such thumbnails appearing on my home screen either (Desktop client in this example).

I'd rather see the default thumbnail for the Podcast itself next to a title, not a specific thumbnail that encourages eye catchy clickbait. Remember that Spotify is mostly for music and this distracts from that experience!

At me to the list of disgruntled users who different want to see video previews Of content that I have not subscribed to. I really, really, really hate this. As someone above said, it's like YouTube.
