I bought preminum but it don't work

I bought 3 month preminum, put in the code with a computer, It said that I had preminum but I can't have un offline list and have to shuffle play the music when I tried to put in the code again it didn't work.

Hi. Can you try restarting your mobile device by holding the Home and Lock buttons together for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, please provide the following information to help troubleshoot:

1. What is shown under Subscription Status on your account overview
2. What username is shown on your account overview
3. What username is shown on the email receipt you received from Spotify

It looks like the code was redeemed for Unlimited and not the Premium service.  Please get in touch with the support team via this link and they will help you switch it over.
