Synced songs wont play?

I bought premium today and was downloading my playlists for offline play. I thought that spotify said you can listen to ANY track at ANY time, do i still have to shuffle play the playlist? I wanted to listen to one song in particular and it says, "unable to play track"

Hi. That error throws up for one of two reasons.

1. It's a local file which hasn't been synched completely from your PC or
2. Somehow the spotify cache has got corrupted

If it is definitely a download from spotify (and has the green downward pointing arrow by it) then please try reinstalling spotify and redownloading your playlist.
