I can't play any song using my iPhone

I have Spotify Free and I can't play any song (even shuffle play) using my iPhone. I've already registered to Premium to try to fix these and the problem persists. It says that Spotify is offline. I have a lot of friends that have the same account settings as me and they can play anything using Shuffle Play. Can someone help me? Thanks!

If it says spotify offline, check your wifi connection and that spotify has access to your mobile data.
