I have deleted the app.  Changed my password. Logged in using my email. My user name. Nothing. Also do you know it’s unbelievably frustrating? I have a premium account and it is next to impossible to contact Spotify directly. Fix this nonsense

Hey @bobbybizzle, help's at hand.

 

To check, are you receiving an error message when attempting to log in via an iOS device? Does it happen on any other devices?

 

Be sure to check the device for an iOS update by going to Settings > General > Software Updates.

 

We'd suggest checking the details of the error code that you might be seeing here.

 

To check, did you perform a full reinstall, and did you use this password reset link?

 

Make sure that you're using the exact username that you've signed up for the Premium subscription with. You'll be able to see that on the email receipt that you should have recieved.
