I could only log into the Spotify website, but not the app.

I can't log into the IPad app for Spotify. I changed my password 3 times but it didn't work. I also reinstalled the app but it didn't work. I finally tried to make a new account with the same email (because it's the only email I have) and that didn't work. The worst part is that I could only log into the website. Can someone please help me?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process.
