Can't find device on settings. Can't play local songs on phone but can on computer.

I am currently using a macbook and using El Capitan. My phone is iPhone 6s Plus using newest iOS. I had no problems before. I am having a lot of problem with my cell phone, as it can't play any offline files. It seems all offline files the name is greyed out of the artist, and while they play on my computer they can't play on my phone. In addition to that, the device does not show up on my computer account. What is wrong.

I've tried reinstalling app on computer and iphone, I've tried moving local files to other folder and syncing that, nothing is working. No, it has nothing to do with my network. I am on same network and there is no firewall problem. Been talking to Spotify support and nothing is helping. Please if anyone has any idea please help.
