I have Spotify Premium but can't use it on my iPad.

I have Spotify Premium but can't use it on my iPad.

I have Spotify Premium and can use it on my iPhone fine. However, I can't get it to play any of my playlists on my iPad. They're all there but it keeps taking me to the radio option. Are there additional setup steps I need to take? Thanks.

Hi, and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

Have you tried re logging in or a reinstall of the app? This generally fixes the problem.

Make sure to log in using the account you activated, some people activate using their facebook account then accidentally login just using their email account which isn't activated.
