I have to login when in offline mode

I just went on a holiday and I downloaded some songs on my iPhone. After that I switched offline mode on.

When I went on the plane I had to logon with my account or facebook account, but I didn't had any internet connection.

On my way back I logged on before I went into the plane and then it worked. But after some hours (without listening) I had to logon again 😞

What is the best way to solve this?

I experience the same kind of issue. I was logged in but for some reason I got logged out, and I figured that when I was in China, out of network for a +24h trip. I was extremly frustrated to don't have music for the whole trip just because I could not login.

I dropped iTunes for Spotify, but you guys have to come up with an idea to be able to listen to music even if there is no available Internet connection!

Hi, i have the same problem with my ipod touch too. I'm not sure if it began after the IOS-Update or the last Spotify-Update. But i suggest, it's been the spotify-update. I'm really upset of this prob. Please find a solution - and be quick with this

Are you logging in with Facebook? This is a known problem with the Facebook login and to fix it, you need to log in with your Spotify account, if you made one before they required Facebook.

If you signed up through Facebook, create a device password and then use that to "log in with Spotify details".

Yes this is the most stupid thing about Spotify, it annoys me every single day of my life in Japan. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!

And btw can you imagine a business trip to China, where facebook is blocked and i don't have internet connection!? = no music.
