I'm about to cancel this app

I'm about to cancel this app

I'm trying to log in the CORRECT email and CORRECT password under LOG IN and it keeps saying "you've already created an account with this email." WELL **bleep**ING DUH that's why I'm LOGGING IN not signing up. How in the **bleep** do I fix this. Or I want a darn refund

Hey @Reginanohelani,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
