Spotify log off automatically, if starting the app

Dear Spotify-Team,

my Problem is, that spotify sometimes log off automatically my account on my Iphone 6. Therefore all the Songs on "Offline Modus" are noch downloaded on the Phone anymore. It`s only on my Iphone, on Ipad or Ipod there is all normal.

How ca it be...?

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. When you log out from your account, your offline tracks should remain available for offline listening.

Can you let us know what operating system and version of Spotify you're using?

We'll see what we can suggest.
