IOS 8, Spotify install but disappears.

Hello,

I installed Spotify on my iPad Air. I actually watch it being installed but it just disappears after completion. If you search for it Spotify iTunes store result comes up. When you check the store the "OPEN" button is greyed out. I've restored my iPad twice to no avail. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Ok so I figured out that I have age restrictions turned on. I removed them and it showed back up.
