IPOD trouble

I was trying to download my music from spotify to my ipod and it won't do it. Could someone plz call me and walk me through the process. [Snip... Super User].... I need to get the music back on it bc its not my IPOD, its my mother in laws and she will kill me!!! plz help me asap!!!

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
