IPhone 4S issue - - Trial vs Premium

I'm tend to make snap decisions, and about one hour after installing the Spotify app on my iphone today, i decided to just get Premium.

However, my phone still says I have 45 hours left on my trial, and I see no way to let it know that I'm a Premium customer now.

Any thoughts - - when the 45 hours are over will it suddenly work with my Premium account?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

You can just wait till the 45h expires; your subscription should start once the hours end. I had a 48h trial when I installed it on my phone despite the fact I was premium; and when the trial ended my premium subscription started to be used.
