Impossible to save albums

Good morning , about a month I can not save albums or songs , either with or Iphone with windows . All albums saved , the next day gone missing .
How so?

It's also possible that you have reached the Save limit of 10,000 songs. Once you hit that limit it will appear that albums are saving but they really aren't.

Hi, it seems that I have exactly the same problem (and I have more than 10.000 songs saved in my "starred" playlist). Is there a solution available?
