Ipad 1 not playing on new install

Ipad 1 not playing on new install

My setup in the home is:

20MB uplink to internet

two laptops - play fine

two iphone4- play fine

two ipad2 - play fine

two ipad1 - will not play

 

The two ipad 1 devices have minimal items running and are basically used for home automation and whole house audio.

Both ipad1's behave the same. When I installed the app, all my playlists showed but when I clicked on any, they would not play.

The 48 hour mobile subscription trial continues to count down, but the devices are unusable.

 

All other devices work fine.
