My Question or Issue

Recently the music will stop playing mid-song (this is the sucky part) and when I command siri or press play myself, the app will start playing "Playing recommended songs for you", that... don't really exist anywhere (which is kinda sucky, but more of an inconvenience).

And it gets weirder 😅

This has been an ongoing issue and other family members and friends from different devices are encountering this bug. Android included, different phones.

Ok, sometimes the recommendations are nice, but I can't really access the playlist it's playing from. There was a time when the "new" playlist would be a "playlist radio", that you could see, manage, pick songs you like etc.

Right now when I click top on Playlist Name (Playing recommended songs for you), it doesn't open anything. The app shows it's playing a certain playlist (dancing music icon next to it in browser), but the songs are not anywhere in the playlist, not even on the bottom - in the recommended section.

Even if I look in the "queue", the queue doesn't seem to represent actual "playing queue", since it will play a different next song.

Also, Windows 11 app won't show the music being played on the phone, when it goes into this "recommendation grey zone". It will just show "listening on iphone", but nothing else. Just a green bar, without any controls etc.

Ok, so here is the kicker 😁. It would be an amazing feature if this could be controlled. It NEVER plays the songs I have in my playlists. It's like an actual, neverending discover weekly. You can't see it as a whole, but you can save each song that comes along, of course.

So... you should really make this a feature 😍
