Iphone 5 having issues with streaming playlist when not connected to Wi-Fi

Until the last few weeks i have had no issues with my premium spotify account.  I live in the Metro Atlanta area and my cell provider is T-mobile.  I have always had good reception since moving to Atlanta in February; and for the first few months was able to stream without any problems at all.  For the last few weeks spotify is streaming so slow that its unlistenable.  It takes forever to start and then stops every 10 seconds or so.  I have the streaming and syncing quality both set on normal.  I have the most up-to-date version of iOS and the most up-to-date spotify software and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.  I also have spotify on an ipad mini and a macbook pro and they all work great but I miss being able to play music when I'm on the go.  Has anyone else had these issues?  Anything I can try to fix this problem?
