Iphone 5 offline playlists won't sync completely

Hey there,

I have a problem with my playlists using them offline.

I have a premium account and a couple of playlists. For a couple of weeks now I can't listen to all my music offline because the playlists will not sync- that means in the playlists some of the songs have that green arrow, some of the songs have a white arrow and some don't have an arrow at all. The ones without arrows are stored in local files even though I have never put them in there. So I have tried to resync, deleting the app and reinstalling- but it always goes like this: When I am pushing the button to make the playlist available offline it starts with the syncing of the local ones, some of the songs turn green and then right in the middle it stops totally. I have turned off the screensaver- everything stays turned on but I can't make spotify to download all the songs...

Could someone help me?

My issue is similar. I have my cpu and iphone on the same wifi and I cannot sync my device on my desktop to my iphone. It wont even show up. It just  states how to sync. Any body got ideas??? Would greatly appreciate it and thank!

EDIT: How much free space is on your device?

@keira83 If your iphone isn't showing up under devices in the desktop client, something is preventing communication between your iphone and PC. Try these:

Temporarily sidable all firewalls, antivirus and other security software on your PC

Check the router settings to make sure UPnP is enabled

Restart the router and your iphone and try again
