Iphone 6S updated to iOS10, lost Beats earbud phones controls and also Siri interrupts Spotify

It looks like you have an issue with iOS update instead of Spotify. So, it would be better to reach out to Apple support to tell your issues.

I have updated Spotify to version 6.5.0.1665 and got it back; shall use it
more days to checkout if it's really done.
