Soundhoud Connect to Spotify really doesn't work as advertised

Local files not syncing

Not sure what's going on, trying to sync local files. Devices are on the same network but it's just not happening. IOS 10, latest version of spotify PC: Windows 10, latest version. Local files work on PC but on mobile it's just stuck on "downloading"
